How long does it take to deliver an order?
Please allow 7-14 working days / 14-21 working days to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfil orders as quickly as possible. Please do expect some delay on the shipping due to unforeseen issue especially during the epidemic period.
Also, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you. If you do not receive an e-mail, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation.

What if the items failed to deliver?
Failed to deliver only occur when:
Customer out of reach e.g. incomplete address, no answer upon calling
Damaged upon transit
Item lost by courier
If above mentioned happened, please contact us immediately by email firstname.lastname@example.org. We will assist you accordingly.
Please check on your email as we will be updating your shipping status via email.
What if I received a faulty product?
If you received a defected product, please contact our customer service for further assistance.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Exchange or return policy
Only normal-priced goods can be exchanged or refunded within fourteen (fourteen) days from the tax invoice date.
Inventory clearance, price reduction promotion or goods indicated on the website cannot be exchanged or returned, please choose carefully.
Items to be exchanged or returned should remain in their original condition, unused, still have the original label and include any related accessories. If these conditions or any unreasonable conditions are not met, exchanges or returns will not be accepted.
If our goods are lost or damaged during the return journey, the company will not bear any responsibility.
Only the same item can be exchanged. If the product is out of stock, you can choose other online products to exchange:
If the price of the new product is higher, you need to pay the difference,
If the price of the new product is lower, no cash refund will be provided.
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges of socks, swimsuits and underwear.
For all exchanges or returns, please attach the original tax invoice.
In all exchange or return requests, the company's decision is final.
After approving your return request, we will refund the store credit to your account for future purchases. Please note that we do not provide cash refunds.

If any of the following conditions are met, you will not have the right to exchange or return the goods:
It is found that the returned goods have no problems or damages and correspond correctly to the description displayed on our website and your order.
According to our return policy, no return,
No return within the specified time

Exchange or return via courier service.
All merchandise/items will be checked upon return.
It is your responsibility before you arrive at our warehouse, so please make sure to pack it correctly and not cause any damage on the way.
We will work hard to accept all return and exchange requests, but unfortunately, if the returned goods are in poor condition, we may have to return them to you, or at your own expense.
We are not responsible for any items returned to us by mistake.
We reserve the right to refuse any exchange or return request.
We reserve the right not to accept returns or exchanges after 14 days from the invoice date.
If the item/commodity does not meet our "return and exchange" policy guidelines, we reserve the right to refuse a refund,
If you refuse any request, you must pay the shipping and all return charges within fourteen (14) days after receiving the notification, otherwise, you will be deemed to be no longer interested in these items/commodities and should be disposed of or We dispose of it in any way we deem appropriate, without assuming any responsibility and/or further references to you.
Store credit or refund credit.
Any credit amount refunded to you will be valid for six (six) months from the date you deposited your account.
